Send your PC, console, handheld, or other electronic device to Manfred's Modding & Repair for professional diagnosis and repair.

How it works

1. Pay the $20 diagnostic fee

Complete your purchase through our website.

2. Complete the repair form

After checkout, you'll be directed to our Mail-In Repair Request form. Tell us about your device and what's wrong with it.

3. Wait for approval

We'll review your request and provide shipping instructions. Do not ship your device until we've approved the mail-in repair.

4. Ship your device to us

You'll be responsible for shipping the device to us. We'll provide the shipping information after your request is reviewed.

5. We diagnose your device

The $20 diagnostic fee covers the initial inspection and diagnosis.

6. Approve the repair

Once we've diagnosed the device, we'll provide the repair price before additional repair work is performed.

7. Repair & return

After approval and payment, we'll complete the repair and ship your device back to you. Return shipping will be added to the final order.
