Mail-In Repair Diagnostic

Send your PC, console, handheld, or other electronic device to Manfred's Modding & Repair for diagnosis and a repair quote.

How it works

1. Pay the $20 diagnostic fee. This covers the initial inspection and diagnosis.
2. Complete the Mail-In Repair Form. Tell us about your device and the problem.
3. Wait for approval and shipping instructions. Please do not ship your device until your request has been approved.
4. Ship your device to us. You are responsible for inbound shipping and protective packaging.
5. Review your repair quote. We will explain the repair price before performing additional work.
6. Approve the work and arrange return shipping. Return shipping is added to the final order.

The diagnostic fee does not guarantee a successful repair. Parts and repair labor beyond the diagnosis are quoted separately.
